The items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds.
3. Refund and Transport/Shipping Charges:
We understand the importance of transparent and fair refund and shipping charges. Our policy aims to be reasonable. We offer free/flat-rate shipping on returns, which means you won't have to worry about additional shipping costs when returning items as a result of our fault. But If you decide to return the goods after changing your taste or preference, you will
have to pay transport cost.
